He was born in 1967 in KALAMış / İSTANBUL and after his school and military service, he concentrated on Field Sales and Marketing and worked first at Pepsi Cola and then at Coca Cola. He then worked at Philip Morris (Marlboro) for many years. Şen, who added experience to his working life with Düzey Pazarlama and Kavmar-Kavaklıdere, later worked as Turkey Sales and Marketing Director in a manufacturing company. Stating that he has tasted what kind of emotions people experience when they reach their goals many times with their teams for about 28 years starting from Sales Representative to Turkey Sales and Marketing Directorate, Sen received countless trainings and certificates on sales and marketing techniques during this intervening process.
After that, he decided to do his own business and stepped into the real estate sector in 2011.
