We are subletting our super apartment for a period of 5 months, from the beginning of November 2024 to the end of March 2025.

Wifi is available in the apartment as well as Tv, Netflix, Prime and Disney+
An underground parking space is included in the rental. Visitor parking is available in front of the building. An underground area is available for bicycles.
The apartment is located in a quiet area, 5 minutes from the Unil, 15 minutes from the EPFL, 10 minutes from the M1 and 5 minutes from the Renens train station. A Migros is in front of the building as well as a grocery store open on Sundays.
The rent is 1800.-/month charges (water, heating, electricity) as well as the parking space included.
