The Baia Bay Harbor Islands is the latest project from visionary New York developer Ian Bruce Eichner. Located at 9201 E Bay Harbor Drive in the pristine Bay Harbor Islands neighborhood, this eight-story boutique building will be comprised of 68 Exclusive Luxury Residences. Internationally acclaimed architect Luis Revuelta will lead the design, while the landscape will be conceived by Enzo Enea.
The building will feature 30,000 square feet of resort-style amenities, including a rooftop pool with a 10-foot seating area and lounge chairs, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a club lounge, a teen play center, a children's water play area with wading pool and swings, a pet grooming station, an outdoor reflection lawn with a cascading water feature for yoga and stretching, a water sports lounge deck for kayaking, paddle boarding, and much more.
Payment Structure:
20% when signing the contract.
10% upon completion of construction (estimated for March 2024).
70% balance due at closing (estimated by July 2025).
