Just 50 meters away, you have a Migros and a local market. The bus 31 stops right in front of the house, and the M1 is just 400 meters away. Both can take you in five minutes to both the EPFL-UNIL campus and the Renens Train Station. It's in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood. The building is new, and the apartment has been newly refurnished. It features two bedrooms, one long balcony, a bathroom, and a large kitchen with an even larger living room area. It includes a large parking space in the price of the apartment, which is around 2,280 CHF. The parking is interior, and apart from the internal parking space, there is also an external parking area for you and your visitors. If you do not want the parking space, you can request the real estate agency to reduce your rent. It's perfect for students, as well as families.
