New Development | ALURE ALECRIM, Chiado

Alure is a new development with a privileged location, at the intersection where Rua do Alecrim passes through the arched viaduct, an integral part of the building, over Rua de São Paulo. Here you can feel the different Lisbon experiences, from the cosmopolitanism of Chiado neighbourhood full of commerce, culture and leisure, to the dynamism of Cais do Sodré and the tranquility of the Tagus river and a walk or a bike ride along the riverside to Terreiro do Paço or along the Marginal towards to the sea and Cascais. The project of Alure Alecrim, carefully designed by the architect Samuel Torres de Carvalho adapts to the facades and structural walls that have remained in the original "Pombalino" design and brings us bright, spacious and balanced apartments, marked by the presence of high ceilings, large windows and careful and thoughtful choice of materials and finishes. This composition results in 14 apartments with typologies between one and three bedrooms and areas between 88 and 200sqm, including a loft and a townhouse. The beginning of the work is in May 2021 and its completion by June 2023.
