Several shops are located nearby (pharmacy, supermarket, bakery...), and a restaurant is located at the foot of the building. There is also the 5 000 sqm of the Grande Mademoiselle Park and the interdepartmental sports and leisure Park (track cycling, water, climbs rocks, Island birds...). Many cultural spaces are close, the new library is 1 minute walk, and cinema theatre Paul Eluard is 15 minutes walk. This studio is fully equipped.
